1、制作工艺：

热轧卷的原料主要是连铸板坯或初轧板坯，经过步进式加热炉加热以确保原料达到可塑性的温度，再通过高压水除鳞，去除原料表面的氧化铁皮，再进入粗轧机进行初步的轧制，去除原料的头尾，然后再进入精轧机进行精细的轧制，终轧后，经过层流冷却，计算机控制冷却速率，以避免过快冷却导致的内部应力，冷却后的材料通过卷取机卷取，形成钢卷。

2、特点：

强度高、韧性好、易于加工成型及具有良好的可焊接性。
